Experienced global project management teams ensure the safe delivery of entire project cargoes on a turnkey basis, from multiple vendors and suppliers and/or multiple points of origin, to jobsites worldwide.

Project teams can also be assigned to work in the client's project offices and at the jobsite with seamless linkage to our TransTrack system. Turnkey solutions are initiated by our global project teams. We receive and check all cargo delivered to our depots. The cargo is then bar-coded and export packed and/or containerized as necessary. All bookings are negotiated and confirmed with the most suitable ocean or air carrier, including heavy lifts negotiated with specialized carriers. Cargo clearance is handled promptly, followed by haulage to the jobsite and inventory management.

Supporting our team management approach is our TransTrack materials handling, tracking and monitoring system, which assists in the status of all line items and printed reports. Utilizing bar-coded labels for all materials, cargo is tracked by line and sub-line item, from the time a purchase order is entered into our system until it is delivered to the jobsite. In addition, digital images of major load-outs are e-mailed to clients to document the physical progress of their shipments.

Other services include thorough cost analysis on all feasible transport options, as well as the combining and consolidation of specific cargoes for added cost savings. Logistics plans and site surveys can be conducted to further expedite project movements and to determine the most expeditious and competitive transportation solutions.
